As of January 2022, all U.S. states have some form of legislation allowing for the cultivation, production, and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products, thanks to the passage of the Hemp Farm Bill. However, each state may have its own regulations and restrictions
 regarding the production and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products, such as CBD.We ship to all states except Idaho, Utah, and South Dakota. We do not ship internationally.

Our products contain small trace amounts of THC (>.3%, the legal limit) but not enough to get high or have a psychoactive effect. That’s because a very small amount of THC helps the CBD to work better and be more fully absorbed by the cells.

Onset will vary depending on the age and metabolism. Some products are best taken sublingually and get into the bloodstream within 15-20 minutes. Other products which are swallowed and are broken down in the GI tract can take 60+ minutes to get into the bloodstream.

We recommend starting with a 10mg dose and adjust from there.
